Olympic training day
Some of the CCSC swimmers who attended a full days training at Crystal Palace with Olympian Chris Cook, the men’s 50m and 100m breaststroke gold medallist at the 2006 Commonwealth Games. The day was open to top-placed finishers in the East Invita Championships.

Kent ASA award for John Clark
The many years' service which former club Secretary John Clark gave to CCSC have been recognised by the Kent ASA with the award of the Edward G Maples Memorial Trophy, given annually to a volunteer for 'meritorious services to the sport within the County'.
The trophy is to be presented in December. Our congratulations to John on a very well deserved award.
