Club championships, sessions 3-6
(new dates)

The remaining events in this year's Club Championship will now be held on the 3rd, 17th and 19th September. Our apologies to those that can't make the new dates. New programme of events here. Please return remaining entry forms to your coach asap.

Provisional results from session 2 (4 July) and session 1, 27 June now online. Also session 2 programme.

New training times from 1st September

The new timetable with slightly changed groups starts on 1st September, downloadable here. Note that County and AGP do swim 8-9.30 on Wednesday evenings - the handout was correct!

Youth National Championships

Check the online calendar and noticeboards for updated fixtures - including club championships on 3rd, 5th & 17th September (events to be announced) and Herne Bay, Gravesend and Maidstone galas in November. And keep the league dates free!

These are on the weekends of 2-3 and 23-24 October.

Club training week

Following the successful warm weather training at Alanya, Turkey this year we plan to return to Turkey during the Easter break in 2011. Details here and on the Kingsmead noticeboard. See the blog from this year's trip at http://marlins-canterbury.blogspot.com.

To keep costs as low as possible, we will need to have confirmed names by 6 September. Details on costs here.

Beginners' lessons

The club is now enrolling for learner and improver lessons for children from September.

Courses start from £40 per term. Details from Sarah Humber-Kelly at the pool on Monday evenings at 7p.m. or email ccsc.membership@gmail.com.

On Mondays Levels 1-2 use the small pool at Kingsmead from 6.30 to 7p.m. and levels 3-4 from 7 to 7.30. Courses for levels 5-7 run on Mondays and Fridays, and there is a session covering starts and turns on Sunday morning from 7 to 8.
